lunchtime Blip from Preston Park, nice & sunny but very cold. today has been busy at work, but quiet as Andy is away on holiday & he's the life & soul of my office area....

1. Cooking a healthy, tasty dinner TOGETHER after work
2. Heard some great news about a child with HIV being cured. Who would have thought a medical breakthrough like that could happen when 30years ago there was no hope or treatment
3. I am grateful for my legs & health so I could walk home and enjoy the lighter evenings
