The dubious wisdom of having a disconnected radiator valve peeking up through the hole in the floor where the wall used to be will be exemplified in four days' time when it will be accidentally hoofed by a plasterer, resulting in a leak and loss of pressure to the central heating system and boiler. Not the first time we've had a plasterer effect an injury upon a radiator valve but I don't seem to have a blip in place of the previous instance from around May 2009.
