Spotted Towhee

I see the Spotted Towhees fairly often on my walking path, and today I was lucky enough to get one against the beautiful blue sky we woke up to this morning. It was crisp and cold, but the sun was shining and the birds were out in full force! There's something about the starkness of winter that makes even the common birds more beautiful! Today I am grateful for an early walk solo and a Jake and Elizabeth walk later on!!
