Seven Sisters

I went into Rochdale this morning to have my new glasses adjusted. Whilst there I walked around Broadfield Park, from where there are some good views across the rooftops.

This view shows the Police Station in the foreground and beyond that the College Bank Flats, known locally as the Seven Sisters, which are currently subject to some highly controversial redevelopment plans.  The flats would be very costly to refurbish but are highly popular with their tenants
