here was passable dryshod with low water levels. However, it hasn't stopped the waders starting to nest all around this area, Oystercatchers along the burnside, Curlew and Lapwings in the surrounding parks. Skylarks were singing too. It's a wonderful location for nesting and the songs are great!
There was an icy wind blowing directly from the North here, but later in the day it turned westerly and warmer.
