Deer!

I like to go out early to walk, but this morning I was doing an online meditation and then had a couple of calls to make. So after I’d sorted out a couple of jobs that needed doing ad well, it was 3 before I got out. But, it was a beautiful afternoon. I headed down to the nature reserve at the bottom of my road and was astonished to see what I am calling a herd of deer (there were 10, so it was a lot). It’s only the second time I’ve seen them and last time it was only 3 or 4. They watched me warily, I reciprocated. There was one stag. I think rutting season is over. A real bonus!
