Seeded sourdough

First day back after a week off - you know how that story goes; 100s of emails, calls to make and take, trying to sort out what is urgent and what is important and if any are both. I had some lovely chats with colleagues and I've made a solid start on the north face of the email mountain so I'm going to quit for the day now. I also managed to finish a loaf that I started yesterday.
