Getting to know each other

Toby did great the first night. We all slept very well. And he was happily waiting when Annemarie went to see him at 7 am.

My day started with a 5 km walk with Toby. We came home at 8.20 and had breakfast with coffee.
I worked from home all day and Toby behaved very well. In the afternoon we went (by foot) to my parents. My dad loved him instantly. Great to see.

This week we all have to find our new rhythm in our family. It’s all about Toby now, of course, but that can’t be the ‘new normal’.

In total I walked over 13km today, and that is without the evening walk later tonight.
