St Milo

This is Milo being good. He is very fond of cake. I was eating a cinnamon crunch muffin.

Smile factor: the sun came out today. I sat in the garden drinking a cup of tea, while Milo ran round enjoying the sun shine

Exercise: lots of coughing. Very good for ones' stomach muscles
