Last Monday

As I got up for work this morning, I realised it would be the last Monday morning that I would be at work. Quite a thought?

Retirement is beckoning but it was a lovely day today and I was thinking of all the things I would be doing if I was at home in the garden!

I had a walk round the Culpeper Garden at lunch and sat in the sun with a cup of tea chatting and will look forward to return visits when I’m not working. I have seen these lovely bulbs for the last few years and have promised myself to plant some in my own garden but not got round to it yet. Crown Fritallary or something? Never a head gardener around when you need one!

HBW in again but didn’t speak much - clearly doesn’t need or want any sort of handover?
