You're gonna need a bigger hose

It's been raining almost continuously for days. Water everwhere, everything feels wet or damp.
Cabin fever has begun for myself as well as Tassie dog.
Walked a little today. Came across this industrial hose. Not sure what it will be used for, there seems nowhere to drain any water. The town creek is about to overflow onto the road.
Here in Byron we have seen worse so hope for weather change soon
