Over-dressed

TUESDAY

Another day off work.

I went out for a 9 km run over Norland Moor before breakfast. Apart from a few runners on the lanes, the moor was virtually deserted. On the moor, I saw a peewit and a green woodpecker.

This afternoon we went out for a 7 km walk to deliver a jar of home made Seville marmalade to a friend in West Vale. We walked back through North Dean Woods.

This morning, I ran in shorts and rolled up sleeves and was plenty warm enough. The guy in the blip was running in the full works - jacket, leggings and hat. I guess he must be from down south.
