I was contacted by neurosurgery this morning and given the date for my surgery - 2 weeks today .I’ve got my pre-op tomorrow morning up at Edinburgh Royal infirmary, so had to cancel tomorrow’s yoga class.
I trained as a nurse at the old Edinburgh Royal from1990-93. It will be interesting to see the new hospital.
A and I went for a walk in Mabie Forest in the afternoon, then I did some chanting.
I shared 2 yoga classes today one with the D&G carers centre and the other with my intermediate class in the evening.
Got an early start tomorrow!
