Back in Dartmoor

Managed to upload photo at one minute to midnight! Didn't want to miss a day.
So picked one photo at radom of the half dozen I took.
It's been an eleven hour drive down to Devon and back to view a property. Had time for a half hour walk beside the river in Dartmoor.
We used to camp down there in Devon for many years.
You either find a house that's as you would want but not in the area you'd like, or it's a house that needs a bit of work doing on it but in the right location.
The house today is the latter one. And as it's already £30,000 over priced and needs at least £10,000 spending on it, it's a difficult decision. Will decide in the morning. Must now get some sleep!
