Rain gifts

Well the rain has been good for something - these beauties have sprung up around the corner. Almost seems like we’re in the country! I have no idea whether they are edible or poisonous (someone might be able to enlighten me), but they look great. No major flooding around us, thank goodness, but plenty of big puddles that the seagulls seem happy splashing about in. Hopefully the sun will stay around for a while and dry things out. So much of the state is underwater, it’s quite devastating.
