It’s a wrap!

Pleased and more than a little relieved to finish the 8th and final session of a leadership course. Learned lots, received so much great advice and wisdom, also felt so challenged and out of my depth for the last few weeks when the tasks too closely resembled an episode of the Apprentice for me, so far out of my comfort zone! But I am proud of the mere fact that I persevered through the fear.
Previous graduates of the leadership course have been given a key as a symbol of completion and commission but seen as our course has taken place entirely on Zoom we had to fetch our own house keys for ‘the Rev Ali’ to pray a beautiful blessing over us! I will try to remember it when I pick up my house keys in the future and try to shake off that ‘imposter syndrome’ we learned about this evening!
