The Last Leg Of The Journey

We were up very early for our 5 hour coach trip across Cambodia to Phnom Penh in anticipation of getting our flight home. Our guide, Ran, was his normal, smiley, laid-back self and was all for making detours to show us a temple or two; he didn’t quite seem to comprehend how anxious we were to get to the airport and be sure our flight was still operating.

You can imagine our relief when we got there, saw that it was and then got our luggage checked in and finally took off for Doha.

We followed this lorry load of pigs for a while on the road to Phnom Penh: their journey was presumably more terminal than ours.
