Vandalian tower

This tower was built in 1774 as a folly and it sits on Tower Hill in the Uppark estate, West Sussex

You can’t walk amongst the ruins now because of health-and-safety but I can remember doing so in the past, many moons ago!!

The gate in the second photo is on Harting Down. It is in the middle of nowhere with no fences connected to it!
