Let there be light

When we moved in, the hall, which is L-shaped, was very dark and cold-looking with blue walls and three black lampshades. Now that we’ve painted it cream and changed the lampshades to these ones, which arrived today, it feels much nicer and more welcoming.

The picture on the wall was Mr DA’s leaving present from his boss who painted it.
