Clifford Chambers

It's been quite a good day.  The weather has been very spring-like, sunny and warmish.  This morning I made a large panfull of chunky soup after we had sorted the weekly shop delivery.  After this hearty lunch we had a short drive out to Clifford Chambers to take a walk.  There is a very good circular walk, the footpath leads to the gate prior to the 'church' (not now a church as it has been converted for residential use) at Atherstone on Stour then circles back via another field boundary footpath.  Home then for coffee and tennis from even sunnier Miami.

I spotted this house by the field on the way back to the village. Today is Wide Wednesday hosted by RSD Photography.  The theme is Symmetry,  well I suppose the facing end of the house is symmetrical?   I'm also submitting it as a candidate for Derelict Sunday hosted by Marlieske.   At a pinch I could also claim Wild Wednesday hosted by Cailleach looking at the growth up the walls!
