Occupying Spain

My very basic Spanish (usually limited to dos cervesa por favore) was enough for me to work out that this piece of grafitti pictured in the Guardian yesterday was saying something about 'people' and 'houses': 'Ni gente sin casa, ni casas sin gente' - No people without houses, no houses without people.

The accompanying article outlined what the corrala movement in Spain is doing about the housing crisis there.

Makes perfect sense to me and no people without houses, no houses without people really isn't too much to ask, is it?
