Birds and Bones

They say people who've been vaccinated can safely mingle with other people who've been vaccinated. It's hard for me to accept that fully, although I'm less edgy if a small group of knitters gets together outdoors, as we did this morning. We were still several feet apart, and wore masks most of the time. It's difficult to let down my guard after being in flinch mode for so long.
