Green with envy...

All the pics of crocuses, snow drops, and flowers in general leave me pining for spring and hating every new flake that falls, ultimately extending the season of freezin'...

Yesterday on my way to the composte containers I noticed that an old window I placed in the garden a few years back had an interesting reflection of the Cornwallis Inn in downtown Kentville.

In order to take this image I had to stand calf deep in crusty, wet, sloppy snow. Thus the tiny bit of snow behind the panes of glass are misleading, and it will be many moons before I'm blipping anything from my personal green space.

PS: Don't be misled by the EXIF data. This is two images layered one on top of the other. One has the frame in focus, the other the reflection. Needed a wide aperture due to the utter lack of sunlight, but I digress...
