Ewe with her lambs

The fields around us are full of newborn lambs. I took this on my evening walk around the village with the Murphy our black wire haired Vizsla. When the ewe saw Murphy she started stamping her front feet. It made a distinct drumming sound. Murphy is a typical hound i.e. he is completely disinterested in sheep and just turned and trotted off down the lane. I imagined he was thinking “whatever”.
