A Day At A Time.

Dazed And Confused

I don't mean these students sitting their mock A Level exams, although they may have been.

I am referring to how I felt after over two hours in the Bank Manager's office with my lawyer there as well.

Buying a property that has been repossessed by the bank sounds like a bargain at first. Indeed it can be, as long as you get sorted the bank's obligations to cover any debts that may be outstanding on said property. And in this case there were several. And big, too.

However all should be well, as long as one last vital document is forthcoming. Without it, I shall be unwilling to continue.

Fingers crossed.
