Only the leaves are left

Both stems on my amaryllis have finished flowering but the as the leaves bent over making a series of curves I decided to leave the pot on top of the desk where the sun cast their shadow on the wall.

This week the mornings have been the best part of the day with things taking a turn for the worse in the afternoons .... glad I'm a morning person, I always have been and can't see that changing.
