Camera disaster
I was out taking photos with a lovely photographer friend...she was letting me try some of her lenses (the fixed 90, wowww!)...a lovely lovely time, learning some new tips and tricks from her. However just at the end my camera gave up the ghost, and this image is still showing several hours later...plus a clicking even when the camera is off. I've had the battery out, but it makes no difference. The timing is pretty unfortunate as I'm meant to be doing images for something on Sunday afternoon! Thankfully James has said can use his camera. I'll contact Canon tomorrow and see what they think. There are no repair places here, so if it needs work it'll have to go to Barcelona.
Argh.
Today I'm grateful for;
1) Clean windows!! Someone came to do them today - he made me feel better about me not being able to do them - they're so deep and you can't get an arm between the glass and the glass balcony front! But they look brilliant now! I'm so pleased!
2) Anne being generous with her knowledge and lenses.
3) A chilled afternoon with the kids.
4) *bonus grateful! Listening to a great podcast whilst going too and from the post office today - Brené Brown with Emily & Amelia Nagoski on burnout and stress...looking at emotions and the fact they're in your body. Some great stuff - highly recommend!
