You knead hands

I have baked our bread for years, two hands and an old bowl. I always find it therapeutic.

But you know you have given up caring about your insomnia when a loaf takes around 3 hours, start to finish, & you have a nice wholemeal fresh out of the oven by 8am.

It was nice though.
