Golf Coast Road

Apparently, East Lothian is home to the Golf Coast Road. This will be due to The British Golf Open Championship 2013 which will be held at Muirfield, Gullane, East Lothian. I've seen quite a few of these signs being put up around the county... I wonder how much they cost the council..?
