Bleeding heart

Promise of the pleasures to come. I have now7 of these plants in our yards. They are my absolute favorite flowers in early spring and summer.

Another busy day, that was kind of ruined by a filling that unexpectedly fell out of a tooth. Took me three hours to get a dentist appointment for tomorrow.

Were able to prepare the hothouse and some veggie beds , that are now protected from deer and birds. I noticed that the snails are eating the tulips to the point that they fall over and die. I should go out at night and collect them. But then, to do what? We are surrounded by a big area of wild land. And snails can come back from everywhere every night....
