The geeky look

They're no fashion statement but these blue light filter glasses (worn over the top of my glasses) make the world of difference.

I wear them at work in meetings where I have to look at a big screen. I spent most of this morning wearing them so it's time to record their glory. They are a bit of a standing joke but everyone appreciates their effectiveness, especially me.

Today marks the end of biggest week yet on my concussion recovery journey. My work hours have increased as has my productivity.

Today's gratitude: For feeling satisfied with what I've achieved this week.
