House
One of my annual favourites, the daffodils at Callendar Park with the House in the background.
It was an interesting walk around the park and loch on Thursday - some young people from (presumably) Graeme High School were being put through their paces by a PE teacher, so it seemed, running up short inclines, walking down and repeating the exercise. Other groups of about a dozen young people each were walking around the Loch path in no particular hurry, while others were doing the cross-country thing, lapping the loch at a much faster pace and with rather more intent etched on their faces.
Meanwhile, the usual motley array of pram-pushers, dog-walkers and assorted old buffers did their own exercise routine, glad that school PE lessons were now history. At least one old buffer stopped at frequent intervals to take photos of the daffs. Don't want to be summoned the Blipmaster's office for failing to complete his assignment.
