Ballinasloe Brew - Irish Whisky, Sloe Gin, Lemon juice, sugar syrup...topped up with American session IPA. And a cherry!
This was the Guardian Food Section’s cocktail of the week for St Patrick’s Day. It’s surprisingly good.
And for sound tonight we are kicking off with 2005 and Richard Hawley, Cole’s Corner after S. bravely opened the book in the naughties where there are a lot of dodgy albums to be found! Also surprisingly good.
