Chainsaw Sculpture

A few weeks ago our neighbour had two really tall trees in his garden taken down and I did a blip of the tree surgeon gradually removing the branches with ropes to guide their descent. One of the tree trunks was left standing about six feet high. We discovered why last week when when heard the sound of a chainsaw hard at work over several hours. Our neighbours had commissioned a chainsaw scultptor to create an owl from the remaining trunk. So today saw me perched on a ladder to take a picture of the finished sculpture as the fence between our properties is quite high. It makes quite a nice feature in their garden.
