New Tea delivery!

Got this month's tea delivery today and really looking forward to trying this Rooibos Chai. I do love a good cup of Chai but it is usually blended with black tea which means that I am buzzing about all day long if I drink too much. The Rooibos is naturally caffeine free so I can can drink as much as I like and if the blend is as nice as their standard Chai then I'm definitely on to a winner. This company also sell an English Breakfast blend which is perhaps the nicest cup of tea that I have ever drunk.

Today was my first attempt at a lunchtime run. I worked out a 5k circular route from the coalface and persuaded my young colleague (20 years old) to come with me. He came out the traps like a greyhound and I chased him all the way round and was a couple of minutes behind him at the finish. Quite chuffed because I managed to beat the 8 minute mile pace and that was with a big hill to climb right at the start. I have been buzzing all afternoon and so glad that I did it. I have been looking for an opportunity to add another run into my routine and seems like I have now found it. Will try and beat my time next as no way I will beat my young friend who is half my age
