You can't get a shirt, a pair of trousers or a pair of shoes.

I know that there is some logic in it but it defies me. So if you said I want a shirt, I know my size, I won't open the  pack, I won't try it on, they still can't give it to you.

But there you go, I got a pair of slippers and very comfortable they are too.
