March Hare

Today was another windy day, cold but sunny.  I looked at the forecast online and it said heavy hail showers between 2 and 4 although it didn’t hail for us.  I’ve found the bbc weather to be less accurate since they changed from receiving their weather data from the Met Office to Meteo Group.  We went on a walk along a path by the A96 to see these new animal carvings.  There was an owl, snail and squirrel but the hare was our favourite.  When they built the new railway station and straightened the track they cut down a few trees that were close to the track.  Recently when we’ve been passing in the car we’ve seen the carvings slowly taking shape.  The carvings are nice but the path is right next to the A96 with all the traffic going along right next to it.
