Empty Nester

I cautiously took a peek inside the owl house as I hadn’t heard any noises or seen any more of Nugget. There weren’t any eggs yet, though a few feathers lay around. Maybe Mrs Nugget didn’t approve of the house! We still hear their calls at night coming from neighboring trees, so they are in the vicinity.
We got our chimney resealed and repainted today, so the roof work is now completed and we are moving on to the next big project of replacing our shower - something we have wanted to do since we moved in!
