Take me out...

Today Si was off work. Which meant a day at home ... with no work Instead of a day at home with work.

However today he excelled himself

Today he made mozzarella cheese.

Yes!! He made cheese. In the kitchen in about an hour. (Maybe two. I was working kinda face down).

Not only did he make gorgeous mozzarella ... he used the whey from the separated milk (curds for the cheese) to make pizza dough And we had home made pizza with hone made mozzarella on top...

As well as pepperoni, chicken and sweet corn and pineapple!!!


Yay!
