Perspective...

All day meetings which didn't see me even get around to lunch until 3pm. Then it was a catch up walk with a friend. She's my friend who lost her daughter to suicide, 8 years ago and it's only now that we can talk about it without tears overwhelming us... Still not easy but there is perspective and forgiveness now as part of our conversations together.
