#633... Pacing at parkrun...

We went to Kelvin Grove parkrun for their 3rd birthday and to celebrate because of no cakes allowed due to Covid-19 they had pacers... Ruben got the 20 minute spot and he had a shadow the whole run... Ruben finished in 19:56... The young fella finished in 19:59 with a new PB and a sub20... We love parkrun and the intraining running community...
