Single scull, Lake Waconia, MN

Wanted to go for a run this morning, but it was driving rain when I got up. So I headed over to the coffee shop in Waconia. As I drove past the lake, I saw a guy sculling along the ice free section of water along the shoreline. The lake was mill pond calm and he was the only person out there.
It must have been marvellous to be out there.
