Launch

Had a much better day today.  Most symptoms seem to have gone, still a little stiff but other than that all good. 

Saw some new build houses today.  Its not something I have considered before but there is something nice about the idea of having a guarantee for 10 years and they do a "part exchange scheme" so if the sale of ours drags on too much longer its an interesting option to consider...
