Feet !

Out for a walk in the sunshine this afternoon and found a few shots, but they will have to be retaken another day.

Why? Because as we went round we found a 'shortcut' through a small wooded patch, and as we stopped to rest on a convenient tree trunk that crossed the path we were surrounded by a group of children who had been having a great time playing there. Not quite Robin Hood's Merry Men (and women) but they were certainly at home there.

They were curious about why we were taking photos, and I guess why 3 adults should be taking a shortcut through their wood when there were perfectly good paths for grown-ups nearby.

When we explained, one of them thought we should go and see their 'pond' but since we had already spotted it we declined, and suggested they line up for a photo shot - of their feet. So here they are - all different, just like the kids themselves I guess.

And the moral of this little tale? None, except when the weather is wonderful like its been here in Swindon today, get out and enjoy God's wonderful creation if you can, and don't forget to take your imagination with you!
