Three out of five

I walked through the park again today and there was all sorts of commotion going on. Drakes were chasing ducks and there were splashes everywhere. I the end these three drakes plus two more cornered a poor duck and all tried to mate with her. At one point there were two holding her down and I think they both did the deed. Then there was an almighty noise as she flew off with all the drakes chasing her again, she did not look happy. I can't think it can be much fun for a duck at this time of the year!
