Free Wales

Sleep was no better or no worse.  I'm more in my bed than pacing around so that's good.

Travel within Wales was allowed today as lockdown was eased.  I finally met up with friends for the first time in four months.  My walk was obviously limited because of my broken wrist but it was so good to see my friends.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  The friendship of Anne and Rachel
