Flower Friday: Bougainvillaea

(I am blipping this a day late.)

This is the only picture I have taken today! The bougainvillaea bush on my balcony seems to struggle a lot. It's been absolutely bare the last few days but there are signs of one colour of flowers blooming.

It's been a super relaxed day which is exactly what we both needed. We got to the service on YouTube in time and then had brunch as there wasn't time to eat breakfast earlier!

We watched a couple of movies in the afternoon; G found one on Netflix that was nominated for this year's Oscar. Called "The Life Ahead", it is the story of a holocaust survivor who takes in a young, African migrant kid who had robbed her in the local street market. Set in a coastal town in Italy, it features a very aged Sophia Loren.

Most of my evening was spent creating a new video. It might have taken several hours but was worth the effort. Blipping had to take a back seat. :)
