Seen on a cycle ride

Today we cycled to Ashtead to pick up some lasagne from Cook on the main street. 

We cycled through the woods and it was nice seeing everyone out walking their dogs. I tend to talk to the dogs and I said to one: "Hello gorgeous! You are gorgeous, aren't you?" The owner, an old guy about my age, looked up at me and said, "You're not so bad yourself!" I couldn't stop laughing and it made my day.

The ride was six and a bit miles, that's twice as far as we've been going during lockdown.

We are both knackered. I think it was worth it.
