Early jag

I definitely wake earlier when it's lighter in the morning. Off early to take Mum to jag 2. There is no parking at Morningside Church so we had to walk a bit, in a biting wind. We were out before we should have been in so home via the Stores for Mum to pick up bits and then after a chat, home.

I then crossed the border and went to Straiton, for a new cat collar. Needn't have bothered as the 'lost' one turned up in the afternoon. I also went to the newish very large M&S food store and B&M.

Spent the afternoon in the garden, some planting and getting the potato bags ready. My Scottish flame flower arrived and is planted. Then back to moss removal and scraping the slabs. It was cold.

Rewarded myself with a hot soak and a gin and sonic. There will be more 'Le Passager' later. It is becoming very interesting.
