Aubergine

My daughter gave me this aubergine from her veg box as she didn’t want it. They’re such a beautiful vegetable I always think but am never quite sure what to do with them! In the event I made a lovely veggie Moussaka. It was delicious!

I spent over an hour today with the physio I’ve been seeing about my shoulder. I went in to see her feeling very despondent and came out feeling so much better. Such a relief! I’ve got so many aches and pains it really makes me feel quite down at times. But all is good tonight!
